Ufuk Aksoy, 2003 yılında Kocaeli Üniversitesi Elektrik Mühendisliği Bölümünden mezun olmuştur. Sektörün çok değerli firmalarında, grup şefliğinden başlayarak çeşitli görevler almış, her türlü projenin dizayn, uygulama, yönetim ve mühendisliği aşamalarında bulunmuş, uzun yıllar Elektrik İşleri Koordinatörlüğü yapmıştır.
Dizayn ve Taahhüt ile yoğunlaşan tecrübesini İşveren Danışmanlığı ve Proje Yönetimi ile Mask çatısı altında birleştirerek, sektöre yeni bir soluk getirmeyi hedeflemektedir

Sinan Açıkgöz gained experience as an Electrical Engineer with nearly 20 years in leading companies in the sector. In order to keep its own path, over the years, he has been included many training and certifications that will contribute to its development. He has had the opportunity to experience consulting and project areas under the roof of Mask, combining the general experience concentrating in the site implementations. He has extensive experience in project management, value engineering, implementation and quality control in strategy setting and development.
After completing his high school education at Şişli Terakki Lisesi, he completed his Electrical Engineering education at Kocaeli University. He returned to his studies with Photography and Camera Operation at Anadolu University and continues to live in Istanbul as a father of two children
